"Endsleigh opened their new Head Office in 2000.  This was the first time a full catering facility was available to Endsleigh.  Due to the complexities of the contract catering marketplace we decided to appoint a consultant to assist us.  We chose Mary Fordham Consulting as they quickly picked up on our remit of a bistro style restaurant which offered health eating options to our staff at a superior quality to normal contract catering.
